B3 Collective — Returns & Refund Policy

B3 Collective accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. All items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Please do not return items to our registered address. To initiate a return, contact us at info@b3collective.co.uk and we will provide you with return instructions and a designated returns address. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All other B3 Collective products are eligible for return under the conditions above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@b3collective.co.uk.
